Scottsboro Daily Sentinel: Brooks takes stand on debt ceiling

U.S. Representative Mo Brooks (R-Huntsville) said Tuesday he would not vote to raise the nation's debt ceiling unless action was taken to lower the deficit and to reduce the debt.
